Thea Van Halsema served for many yeas as professor of social work and dean of students at Kuyper College, formerly Reformed Bible College, in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She has retired from her ministry of speaking , teaching, counseling and serving with her husband who led orientation programs in Mexico and the Middle East. She is the author of  I Will Build My Church, With All My Heart, Three Men Came to Heidelberg, Glorious Heretic: the Story of Guido de Bres, and Safari for Seven.
