Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email with an estimated delivery timeframe.

Shipping is charged at flat rates based on the weight of your order. These rates reflect the actual shipping cost within each weight range, so you’re only paying what it truly costs to ship your items.

Rates are automatically calculated at checkout.

What is the most cost-effective shipping option?

Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight and destination. To save on costs, we recommend ordering in larger quantities whenever possible.

Do you always provide tracking?

If your shipping cost is over $8, we typically ship using a tracked service and will provide a tracking number once your order is sent.

For orders where the shipping cost is under $8, we may send your package via Canada Post letter mail, which is not tracked and usually takes 1–2 weeks to arrive.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

For shipping outside of Canada, please email us at info@reformedbookservices.ca to make arrangements.

Can I pick up my order in store?

Yes, we offer four convenient pickup locations.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on items we normally carry in-store, as long as they are in original, unused condition. The return shipping cost will be subtracted from your refund.

Please note that special order items are non-returnable.

How do I arrange a return?

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item in its original condition. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Ordering

Can you order in a book for me that is not on your website?

Yes, we’re happy to place special orders! If there’s a book you’re looking for that isn’t listed on our website, feel free to contact us at info@reformedbookservices.ca with the title, author, and quantity. We’ll check availability and let you know the estimated arrival time.

Do you have bulk pricing?

For bulk inquiries, please contact us at info@reformedbookservices.ca. Discounted pricing is available on orders of 10 or more copies of the same title.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Cash (in store)
  • E-transfer (for approved customers or churches)
  • Cheque (for approved customers or churches)
  • Invoices for churches, schools, and other approved organizations

Can I pay by e-transfer or cheque?

Yes, e-transfer and cheque payments are accepted for approved customers or churches.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, we charge GST on books. Other items may be subject to additional applicable taxes based on your province or territory. Tax is calculated at checkout for both in-store and online purchases.
