During the time of the Reformation, the sacraments were much discussed and debated. The two instituted sacraments, Baptismand the Lord's supper still are much discussed today. It is important to know the biblical teaching about the sacraments since this will have agreat effect on our view of membership in the Covenant and Church of Christ.

To ensure that the Christian church continues to hold biblical views of the Sacrament of Baptism and of church membership it seem snecessary for each new generation to study the Bible's teaching on infant baptism.
