Treasures of the Snow
ISBN: 9780802465757In a quaint village high in the Swiss Alps, Annette lives in a chalet with her little brother. Their Christmases are snowy and peaceful, full of gingerbread and good friends. In the summer, they cut hay for the cows whose milk is highly prized.
But all isn't perfect in Annette's village. When an accident befalls Dani and he is badly hurt, only a dangerous crossing of a mountain pass can get him to a doctor's care. Annette is forced to confront her feelings toward the mean boy responsible for the accident.
Can God's forgiveness come to this Alpine hamlet and restore the broken relationships?
Suitable for ages 5-8.
